Jackson McKay has joined the firm

We are pleased to announce that Jackson McKay has joined the firm in its Baton Rouge office. Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University, Washinton, DC, in 2022 and obtained his J.D. and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law (D.C.L.) from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University in 2026. While in law school, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing, Comparative Criminal Legal Systems, and Human Rights and the Environment. Jackson was a research assistant for Professor Robert Lancaster. He participated in the Study Abroad Program in the Summer of 2024 and was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. Jackson took the Louisiana Bar exam in July 2026 and is awaiting his Bar exam results.
